Adrian Rayner, Managing Director:

Before launching Incubis Associates Adrian was employed as a senior sales leader for more than twenty-five years, creating and running international technology companies across Europe and USA for most of that time, and discovering that the ability to identify and attract the very best talent possible is the single most important skill of all. He can offer clients a real appreciation of their hiring challenges, an insight into their industries based on firsthand experience, an extensive global network of contacts built up over many years, and a proven ability to spot talent.

David Morris, Senior Consultant

David is a specialist search consultant with a very long track record of success placing high calibre professionals with leading-edge software and technology vendors in Europe and beyond.  In his early career he was a successful sales executive in the field of systems development software.

Paula Hodges, Sector Lead Consultant

Paula Graduated with a BSc in Psychology/History and an MSc in Computer Science from Bath University. She started her career in a graduate role head-hunting investment bankers before moving into a sales role with a leading cloud solutions provider. In 6 years with this company she helped it to grow from 3 to 40 people and worked in every part of the business.  In 2012 Paula moved back to Hampshire to Manage her family's 1500 acre mixed Dairy/Arable farm where she implemented a number of new business streams including Solar PV and Biomass Projects and growth of campsites and off-roading sites. Out of work Paula owns two horses and regularly competes in show jumping competitions.
